Sascha Röhricht developed his artistic practice between 2007 and 2011 on the Mecklenburg countryside, where he explored the disciplines of poetry, prose, and photography through self-directed study. Later, he expanded his artistic expression to include painting, video, and land art.
In recent years, he has increasingly worked in interdisciplinary contexts, focusing on performance art, object art, and installation. Since 2012, he has been working as an independent artist and has participated in numerous national and international exhibitions and festivals, some accompanied by publications. His works are held in public and private collections.
He lives and works in Görlitz and considers himself an active participant in the contemporary art scene of Lusatia and the D-PL-CZ tri-border region.
